Coaches establish their own team fees and operational budgets and have 100 percent control of their team, practices and schedules.
The Flyers organization will provide age group coordinators to assist coaches with age specific considerations as they progress from year to year.
The Flyers organization will facilitate skill camps and share information about worthy skill camps offered by others.
Extensive social media marketing of teams and individual players, especially as older players look to earn college baseball opportunities.
Specialized coaches to assist players and coaches at the high school level.
Fall developmental sessions (in addition to team practices).

A college recruiting day and recruiting seminars.
8U through 14U: One weekday two-hour practice, and one weekend two-hour practice in our indoor facility December 1 through March 31.
15U through 18U: One weekday two-hour practice, and one weekend three-hour practice in our indoor facility December 1 through mid February (when high school baseball starts), and then weekly two-hour practices June-July.
Note: The PF Flyers Baseball Club is an all voluneteer organization. Fees cover the items listed above as well as administrative costs to run the organization; which include insurance, indoor facility maintenance and equipment, website fees, marketing and more. Team fees and uniform costs will be determined by each individual coach in cooperation with the team’s parents.
