Justin Roberts

Director of Marketing

Justin comes to the PF Flyers with several years of leadership and team development experience — from the military to marketing/media teams.

Justin grew up with a passion for baseball from the age of 7. One of his clearest baseball memories, outside of getting attacked by hornets in the dugout, is Ozzie Smith pulling off his classic backflip at Riverfront Stadium. He was at that game with his youth baseball team, his best friends.

He played Knothole with the Milford Youth Baseball Association through high school. His passion for baseball was reignited when his sons started playing in 2017. Prior to his son joining the PF Flyers, Justin helped coach his oldest son’s team through 2022, winning the Minors league.

Justin’s passion for baseball is rooted in the lessons it teaches. Ultimately, few players become big leaguers, but all players grow into citizens and fathers, husbands or friends. Boys become better men from their experiences with baseball.

Justin earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s of business administration from the University of Cincinnati. During college, he enlisted in the United States Army and eventually was commissioned as an officer in the Army National Guard. Professionally, Justin has led marketing and media teams for a variety of industries and organizations including Procter & Gamble and Sazerac. In this capacity, he gets to use his creativity to connect with and engage consumers in meaningful ways.

Justin lives in Milford with his wife, Emily, two sons, Max and Andrew, and their yellow lab, Bailey.
